In this step by step instructions, Event Answer will demonstrate how to make a balloon bouquet from scratch to finish. So, grab your materials now, and start following these easy steps! Watch the video tutorial below to learn how.
Take the bubble balloon, grab its two sides, and pull them across the center. Tug the balloon all the way around until it looks wrinkly. After this, fully inflate the balloon until it’s full size to help stretch, then deflate completely. Flatten it against the table, then make a small cut along the top seam of the balloon. Once you’ve cut off that little sliver, insert the scissors and cut right along the seam, barely enough to get the floral bouquet through.
Now, make your flower bouquet with an assortment of faux flowers. (If you don’t want to arrange your own bouquet, you can buy a pre-arranged one already.) Make the bouquet airtight by inserting the stems of the bouquet inside an 11″ latex balloon. After this, cover the entire stem with an empty 260 balloon, then tie the ends into a knot.
Once done, start stuffing the bouquet inside the balloon. Open up the hole you cut on top as wide as possible, then insert the stem first down into the nozzle of the balloon so the base is sitting right against the base of the bouquet. After this, stuff the flowers one by one inside the balloon, bringing the edge of that hole you cut higher and higher up the bouquet.
Once you’ve got all the flowers inside the balloon, push them back away from the opening you’ve cut on top. Then, take it to the heat sealer and reseal the top seam. Make sure to align the edges with no crinkles, and then lay it flat on the heat sealer and press. Seal a few times to make sure it’s properly sealed. After this inflate the bubble balloon to its full size, then tie the ends with an empty 260 balloon. Finally, seat the bubble bouquet into the box with floral foam. Decorate it however you like to finish your project.
