Paper really is a magnificent medium, and book art has been popping up all over the place lately.

This DIY project is Anthropologie inspired and we all know that everything Anthropologie is fabulous! The greatest thing about this DIY project is that you don’t have to pay Anthropologie prices and this will cost you very little to make!

I have been a long time fan of the in-store and window displays (and clothing, of course) at Anthropologie. Their display artists spin paper and everyday items into paper art gold. Apparently, I’m not alone in my admiration. I see Anthropologie DIY’s all over Pinterest!

I got really excited about this project because it was not only cool, but all I needed was a book, hot glue gun, a wood plank and some hanging wire and fishing wire. This is my kind of project! It’s also a great project to make while watching TV too!

This is something you’ve gotta do. It’s a great project for your kids if you want to get them out of your hair for a minute too!

Watch how Mary Suth makes this cool wall hanging in her step by step tutorial!

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
