If you are one of those acorn lovers, you are going to love this DIY wreath project! Fall has arrived at everyone’s doorstep and it’s time to roll up our sleeves for some fall DIY projects. As acorns are free, easy to find in fall and fun to collect, they make stylish yet very budget-friendly decorations.

I love how nature brings beautiful things to us in the form of seasons. Each season has its own charm. But of all the seasons, Fall (Autumn) is different. It brings to us unique leaves, pinecones, acorns and various variety of twigs/ sticks. I have an abundance of these things in my yard!

So, you have acorns falling from your tree gather a bucket full. Buy a wooden wreath, styrofoam, straw wreaths (or whatever works for you) and some miniature pumpkins from your local craft store and hot glue the acorns and pumpkins onto the wreath and you have the perfect Fall wreath!

This looked simple enough and if you’re anything like me, I love simple projects! You don’t need a ton of supplies for this acorn wreath – which is always a plus in my book. Some people add pine cones, along with the acorns and it looks beautiful!

I’m seeing all kinds of great acorn DIY projects on Pinterest right now. One of the cutest ones I saw was little acorns painted like pumpkins!

Watch this step by step tutorial by Factory Direct Craft so you can make one of these beautiful wreaths too!

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
