At some time in our lives we have trouble sleeping and end up tossing and turning most of the night. It’s so aggravating! Wengie shows us some great tips to help you fall asleep when you are having nights like this.

As I’ve gotten older, it’s gotten more difficult to fall asleep when I go to bed. That’s when my mind starts getting noisy and I can’t turn it off…ugh! I’ve taken Melatonin and I eventually fall asleep, but it always takes more time than I think it should. As a last resort I’ll take a Benadryl, but that still takes time.

I have actually tried some of these tips that Wengie shows us in her video and some of them have actually worked for me. I’m glad I watched this again because I had forgotten some of them.

I wish I could fall asleep the way her cats so easily do! I’m sure there are a lot of us that do! Bear with her as she shows us some of her tips…they’re actually great tips…she is young and plays music in the background. Trust me, it’s worth sticking it out and listening to what she has to say. You might just pick up a tip that works for you!

Watch Wengie’s video and you’ll get some great ideas for finding sleep on those restless nights.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
