When I saw this I really had to have one! It’s one of the coolest items I’ve seen made with denim and I’m so excited about it!

There are many possibilities to transform old pairs of jeans. A very practical one is to turn jeans into a bag using just a few denim strips.

A lot of useful things can be made from old jeans, so you’ll think twice before taking those jeans to Goodwill. Jeans are a great material and the sky’s the limit on what can be done with them!

Before leaving for the trip, I decided to make myself a beach tote that could get damp, sandy or salty. I cut up a few pairs of my old jeans, and sewed up this fabulous tote bag. I carry this all the time! I think it’s one of my favorite bags that I own.

I saw a denim tote on Etsy that was kind of similar to this one and she was asking $65 for it. Now why would I want to do that when I can make this awesome tote myself? Lord knows I’ve got plenty of blue jeans to do it with!
