Place a pan over medium-high heat and once it’s hot, add the ground beef. Break it apart as much as you can. Add a large pinch of salt and continue to break them apart as it browns for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent. After that, add the spices/herbs and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the tomato sauce, stock, brown sugar, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Stir, bring it to a simmer, then turn the heat to low. Continue to cook for about 20 minutes or until the liquid has reduced. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Make the crust. Add all dry ingredients and olive oil to a food processor. Blend while adding water until it is well incorporated and forms into a ball. Transfer it to your work surface and knead for about 2 minutes.
Cut the dough ball into 2, then roll each into a ball. Cover and let it proof at room temperature for 30 minutes. Press and roll out the dough into an 11-12″ diameter circle.
Make the sauce. Get a large container and put all of the sauce ingredients in. Mix with an immersion blender until well combined.
Pour 3 spoonfuls of sauce onto the crust and spread evenly. Add a generous amount of shredded cheese, taco meat, black olives, green onion, diced tomatoes, and chopped jalapenos.
Place the pizza onto a preheated oven with pizza steel at 550 degrees Fahrenheit for about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove the parchment after 6 minutes and allow it to cook directly on steel for another 1 to 2 minutes.
