Hotdog Bread Rolls
Remove the crust and flatten the white bread using a rolling pin. Place a slice of cheese and a hotdog, roll it in and put a flour and water mixture at the end to hold the roll in place. Dip it in beaten egg, then roll and cover with bread crumbs. Deep fry the bread rolls then serve with a dip.

Cheese Straws
Brush the puff pastry with egg wash, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika according to taste, top with shredded cheese (cheddar or parmesan), cover with another puff pastry. Slice it into thick strips, then twist and stretch, place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then bake it at 350°F for 20 minutes making sure to flip halfway.
Potato Croquettes
Slice potatoes in small sizes then boil, mash them, and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg, cheese, and egg. Mix it with your hands until fully combined, then scoop small portions, roll between your palms, and shape into a thick stick. Cover it in flour, dip in egg, and coat with bread crumbs. Chill for 30 minutes then deep fry.
Crispy Cauliflower Bites
Cut the cauliflower head into small bite-size pieces, place in boiling water with salt for 3 to 4 minutes, then drain. In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, then whisk. Add eggs, water, and dill, then continue mixing. Dip and coat the cauliflowers onto the mixture and deep fry.
Beef Spring Rolls
Cook the ground beef until it turns brown, then add the onion, garlic, salt, and pepper, then mix. Add the carrots and potatoes, then continue mixing, sprinkle parsley and mix again. Get a spring roll wrapper and scoop out the filling and place it onto the wrapper. Roll it in and seal the ends with a flour and water mixture. Let it sit for a few minutes then deep fry, or brush it with a bit of water then bake for around 25 minutes.
