Step Two

For a very berry-flavored sorbet, place your berries or fruit into a blender and add your sugar syrup to your desired sweetness.

For a pina colada sorbet, place your pineapples into the blender and pour coconut milk over them. You can then add your sugar syrup into the mixture and then zest a lime over top the pineapples.

To make a cucumber melon sorbet, pour your frozen melon and frozen cucumber into the blender with some of your sugar syrup and blend.

The mango raspberry sorbet will be made with frozen mangos, raspberries and your sugar syrup again.

Finally, for the peach basil sorbet, combine frozen peaches and basil leaves into the blender and add some of your sugar syrup.

Step Three

Blend up the ingredients and then use an ice cream scoop to scoop out your sorbet from the blender.

Step Four

The blender combination might be a little runny, so if that is the case, you can place the sorbet into the freezer to make it a thicker consistency.
