Here’s a fun way to repurpose random objects or junk that can be found in your drawer! Sort them out and use them to make this super cute DIY wind chime by CraftyHope on YouTube. This craft is also very inexpensive because the materials that you’ll use here might already be available around your house. If you want to give this a try, proceed to read down below for the full instructions and watch the video tutorial as well.
Step 1
If the can you’re using have some sharp edges around the rim, then grab a hammer and smoothen it out. Using either a euro punch or nail and hammer, make several holes around the rim of the can, this is where you’ll hang the random small pieces of object. Lay the can on top of a wood surface, then create a hole at the bottom center of the can to attach the chain and hang it.

Step 2
Choose the objects that you want to use and plan the arrangement that you want. Wrap a wire through each hole around the rim of the can, then hang each piece and connect them using ring wires and chains. Insert a wire at the center of the can right where the holes is, then wrap and twist it around to create a loop for the chain to insert into.
