Ingredients:

  • 3 – 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can of mild green chilis
  • 2 – 3 seeded jalapenos
  • half of an onion, diced
  • 2 – 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup of ranch
  • season to taste

Directions:

Step 1

To start, grease your slow cooker with some cooking oil spray, then put your chicken in. Next, season with some all-purpose seasoning (or season it to your liking: salt, ground black pepper, etc.) Mix the chicken breasts, making sure they are coated well. After this, add a can of mild green chilis, diced onions, diced jalapenos, minced garlic, and 8 oz (one block) of cream cheese.

Step 2

Put the lid on, set the slow cooker to high, and cook for three to four hours (or low for six to seven hours). Once done cooking, shred the chicken right into the slow cooker, then add 1/2 cup of ranch and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese. Mix everything well to combine. After this, put some more cheese on top, then cover the slow cooker again and cook for another ten minutes, just until the cheese is nicely melted. Serve and enjoy!
