Crack chicken casserole is one of my favorite go-to recipes when I don’t know what to make for dinner. It’s a pretty simple dish to make but is incredibly delicious and hearty, you can make this with little effort and you just basically have to dump the ingredients in the crockpot and let it do its magic while you wait.

Cover the crockpot with the lid, then let it cook on a low setting for about 5 to 6 hours until cooked through, once almost done, cook the pasta according to the package instructions or until al dente.

Once done cooking, add the cream cheese to the crockpot, then stir it until melted and combined, add the cooked pasta, and keep stirring until well combined.
Step 5
Add the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top, then garnish it with sliced green onions, and cover the crockpot with the lid to let the remaining heat melt the cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!
