I love chicken noodle soup, it tastes so delicious all year round and always makes me feel better. I recently found this wonderful crockpot chicken noodle soup video tutorial recipe by The Stay At Home Chef On YouTube, which looked absolutely delicious. I love cooking anything in the crockpot, but I had never thought of making my favorite dish, chicken noodle soup in the crockpot. This recipe couldn’t be easier, I just threw all these ingredients into the crockpot, (no pre-cooking necessary). The directions by The Stay At Home Chef are super easy and I already had all the ingredients on hand, which made the whole recipe a complete breeze.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts (trimmed)
  • 1 white onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup of carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup of celery (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 8 cups low sodium chicken broth (regular chicken broth is fine)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 12 ounces of egg noodles
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
