Are you looking for a dump and go dinner recipe? Look no further; this beef and noodles recipe from RICHARD IN THE KITCHEN on Youtube is perfect for you! This, by far, is the most repeated crockpot recipe in our home. Everyone loves it, and it’s perfect for a busy family like ours. All I have to do is to dump all the ingredients in the crockpot, and it will be ready by dinner time – so easy, right? Watch the video below to learn the step by step instructions.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb beef stew meat
  • non-stick spray
  • 1 cup beef broth or stock
  • kosher salt and coarse black pepper, to taste
  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 8 oz pappardelle egg noodles, or regular egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt, for the pasta water
  • parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1

To start, spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Next, add your stew meat, 1 cup beef broth or stock, kosher salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Give everything a good stir, then add one stick of butter. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for six to eight hours or until your meat is super tender. Once the meat is done cooking but the gravy is a little runny, just stir in some slurry and continue to cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
