I tried this crispy egg french fries recipe by Toasted from a friend’s house last week and I can say that it’s really fantastic! This is definitely better than the ones I had before. It’s super crispy and tasty – you can taste all the flavors from each bite. If you love french fries like me, you have to try this. It’s very easy to make and will only take a couple of minutes to prepare. I am sure your whole family will devour this in just a few seconds. Ingredients:
- 3 medium size potato
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- oil

Instructions:
Step 1:
Peel all of the potatoes and slice them into strips.
Step 2:
Place the potatoes in a bowl and fill it with water. Wash them well to remove the starch. After that, drain the potatoes and place them on a paper towel. Pat them dry with another sheet.
Step 3:
Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl and add 2 eggs. Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of oregano. Mix everything until the potatoes are well seasoned.
Step 4:
Sift 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour into the potatoes and mix it well.
Step 5:
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and drop the coated potatoes one by one. Let them fry for about 5 minutes. Do not touch them while frying.
Step 6:
After 5 minutes, separate them. Fry them for about 10 to 12 minutes more until golden brown over low flame.
Step 7:
Transfer to a plate and serve with your preferred sauce. Enjoy!
