I used to eat a cheese sandwich every morning, but then I saw this recipe and thought, “Why don’t I give it a try?” I did, and it definitely changed my breakfast game. You will be surprised at how good these will turn out. I already tried both of them, and they are really good. Trust me, you will never go wrong with these toasts. Make them at home and see for yourself. You won’t go back to plain toast once you have a bite!

Get a slice of bread. Add a slice of cheese, 2 sliced of ham and a slice of cheese again.
Get the other slice of bread and make a well in the center by pushing the bottom of a cup. Place it on top of the other slice over the cheese.
Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on top of the bread and spread evenly. If you like garlic butter toast, add butter instead, then spread minced garlic and a little bit of honey.
Crack an egg onto the well, then season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the side of the egg. Fastly poke the yolk using a toothpick several times.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 355F for 15 minutes. If the egg is undercooked after 15 minutes, leave it in the oven at around 293-320F until cooked.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Enjoy!
