Do you know what I love most about these crispy chocolate rice bubble bars? They are chocolatey, crunchy, and easy to make! These treats are just irresistible. If you are wondering if they are the same as rice krispie treats, yes, they are, but High Protein Recipes‘ version is packed with protein. They are not sweet and do not contain any sugar or honey. Ditch the store-bought ones that have a lot of preservatives and artificial sweeteners and make them from scratch instead.

Here’s another yummy treat you might want to try: Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares
Start by breaking dark chocolate into pieces then add to a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/4 cup of coconut oil, then microwave for 1 minute. Stir until melted and smooth.
Add 1/3 cup of peanut butter to the chocolate mixture. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Mix in 1/4 cup of protein powder and a pinch of salt.
Place a pan over heat, then add the rolled oats. Toast them until browned.
Add the toasted rolled oats and rice bubbles to the chocolate mixture. Mix until everything is well coated with the mixture.
Fill your mold with the chocolate mixture. Spread evenly, then flatten the top. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until it hardens.
Once they are set, remove them from the mold. Serve and enjoy!
