Place a pan over low heat and add cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the bacon strips and cook to your desired crispiness. After cooking, remove from the pan and place over a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cook the bacon in batches, then set them aside.
Get one piece of sliced bread and place it on a flat surface. Flatten it using a rolling pin or any improvised rolling pin. Do the same for the remaining slices.
Cut the cheese thinly on the longer side. You can cut as many as you like.
Cut the bacon strips based on the width of your bread. Get one flattened piece of bread. Add bacon strips on the half part, then top it with the sliced cheese. Carefully roll the bread using your hands. Once rolled, poke some toothpicks on both ends and the middle to secure them. Do the same for the remaining bread slices.
Put some of the breadcrumbs in a bowl, then beat 2 pieces of eggs in a separate bowl. The eggs will help the breadcrumbs to stick to the bread. Dip the bread rolls in the beaten egg, coat them with breadcrumbs, and place them on a plate.
Place a pot over low to medium heat, then fill it with enough oil for the rolls. Once the oil is hot, add the coated bread rolls and fry until golden brown. After cooking, place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Remove the toothpicks, and they are ready to serve.
