Get one of the strips. Fold it in half twice then cut 3/4 of the crepe paper on both edges and center. After that, cut each side (3/4 of the crepe paper) into 3 to make 6 strips. Cut the edges of each strip into a curve.
Get the other strip and fold it in half twice. Cut 3/4 of the crepe paper on both edges and in the center. Next, cut each side (3/4 of the crepe paper) in the middle to make 4 strips. Cut the edges of the strip into a curve.
Get the smaller petal strip. Gently open and curve each petal. Do the same on the bigger petal strip.
Add a dab of hot glue on the end of the stick and roll the end of the smaller petal strip. Wrap the petals around the stick. Make sure you add white glue to the bottom as you do it. Get the bigger petal strip and wrap it the same way until you make a rose.
Get the 2″ by 2.8″ green crepe paper and cut it into pointy leaves. Make sure to leave space at the bottom and not cut all the way through. Curve the leaves and glue them around the rose.
Wrap the stick with green tissue paper. Use a glue stick to secure them in place.
Make the leaves with the green squares and glue the thin wire in the middle. Gather the leaves and wrap them with green tissue paper.
Wrap the leaves and the stem of the rose together with a strip of green crepe paper.
