What I love about this recipe is that it only requires a few ingredients, six, to be exact. You will need semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips, condensed milk, salt, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and walnuts. The nuts give a nice crunchy texture to your chocolate fudge, but it is totally optional. Making this classic sweet treat is super easy and doesn’t even require a mixer.

- 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Chocolate Fudge With Walnuts
Step 1:
Start by lining an 8″ x 8″ pan with parchment paper leaving a small overhang on the sides.
Step 2:
Add the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second increments for about a minute, then mix. If it’s not fully melted, place it back for another 10 seconds.
Step 3:
Add the butter and vanilla to the chocolate mixture and mix until well combined.
Step 4:
Reserve a few walnuts for topping, then toss the other to the mixture. Stir until well incorporated.
Step 5:
Transfer the fudge to the prepared pan, add the reserved walnuts, then cover it and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Step 6:
Once it’s set, remove the fudge from the dish by pulling the overhang parchment paper. Peel the parchment paper then cut the fudge into desired size pieces.
