Ingredients:

  • 2 packages knorr chicken flavored rice & pasta blend
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 lbs chicken tenders

Seasonings:

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a casserole dish, add 2 packages of knorr chicken flavored rice & pasta blend. Next, add 1 can f cream of chicken soup, and 4 cups of chicken broth. Take a whisk and mix them carefully until well combined. After this, lay down across the 2 lbs chicken tenders. Season the tops of the chicken with 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp paprika. Add 1 tbsp dried minced onion and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 2

Cover the casserole with foil and place it in the preheated oven for forty-five minutes. After forty-five minutes, remove the foil and cook for another ten to fifteen minutes until the cheese has melted and the chicken is cooked through. After this, get the casserole out of the oven, let it rest for fifteen minutes, then serve.
