• 8 ounces of whole milk
• 8 ounces of heavy cream
• 12 ounce of Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
• 6 ounces of grated Parmesan (grated)
• 1 buttered baking dish
• bake at 450°F for 10 to 15 minutes (or until cheese is melted and bubbling)
