Desserts are perfect any time of the day, in moderation. It has the power to lift one’s mood and focus on its sweetness. This 5-minute dessert is shared with us by schnell rezept on YouTube. It’s super easy to make, requires light effort, and tastes heavenly.

Ingredients:

  • 7.7 ounces cookie biscuits 
  • 3.5 ounces unsalted butter
  • 14.1 ounces mascarpone or cream cheese
  • 1.7 ounce of powdered sugar
  • 5.2 ounces white chocolate
  • 10.5 ounces whipping cream (33-36%)
  • 5.2 ounces of white chocolate
  • 5.2 ounces of cream

Directions:

Prepare all the needed ingredients.

In a food processor, mix cookie biscuits until they are well combined into crumbs.

Melt the butter and add it to the biscuit crumbs. Blend them together well by separating the crumbs with a spoon and blending them again.

Prepare an 18cm springform pan. Pour in the biscuit crumbs and butter mixture. Spread the mixture flat on the bottom of the pan evenly with a spoon.  Add mascarpone or cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and whisk well with a hand mixer.  Add in powdered sugar.

Melt white chocolate and add it to the cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture. Mix well until well combined. 

Pour cream (33–36%) in a long glass container. Blend the mixture until you have a thick layer of whipped cream.  Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and white chocolate mixture. Mix and fold together with a spatula.

Gently pour into the 18cm springform pan with the biscuit crust. Make sure to even out the layer.

Melt the other white chocolate and add the cream. Mix until everything is well combined.

Place it in the fridge to cool. Carefully scrape out the sides of the dessert from the pan and gently lift the springform pan. Pour the white chocolate and cream mixture on top of the dessert and decorate with the biscuit crumbs.

Let the dessert cool in the fridge for 30 more minutes.
