Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bag of thawed frozen hash browns
  • 1 small onion (diced)

  • 4 oz. Colby Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Step 2

In a buttered casserole dish, place the hash brown mixture and lightly spread it across the casserole dish evenly. Bake it for 45 – 50 minutes or until the edges start to brown. After 50 minutes, pull the casserole out of the oven and let it cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
