In a bowl, add 1 & 3/4 cups of cottage cheese, 3 tbsp of sugar, a pinch of salt, and three eggs. Mix together well. Next, add 3 tbsp grits, 3 tbsp sour cream, 3 tbsp of coconut shaving (optional), 2 tbsp of flour, and 1 tsp of baking powder. Mix well.

Grease the frying pan with some butter, then add the cheese mixture. Spread evenly. Turn the stove to low heat and place the pan with the lid on. Cook it for 40 minutes.
