Easy Cookies and Cream Pudding Pops

  • 1 pack (4 serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding
  • 2 cups of cold milk
  • 12 Oreo cookies (or any kind of sandwich cookie)
  • 1/2 cup of cool whip topping or whipped cream

How to Make Cookies and Cream Pudding Pops

Step 1:

Start by crushing 6 cookies into fine crumbs, then place them in a bowl. Chop the remaining cookies into small pieces and place in a different bowl. Set them aside.

Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, mix milk and pudding until smooth and it starts to thicken up.

Step 3:

Stir in the chopped cookies and cool whip.

Step 4:

Divide half of the crushed cookies into the bottoms of 10 (3 oz) cups and fill the top with the pudding mixture. Add the remaining crushed cookies on the top of each cup, then insert a popsicle stick.

Step 5:

Place in the freezer and freeze for about 4 to 5 hours.

To remove them from the cups, warm the exterior with your hands for a few seconds, then gently squeeze the sides.

Once they are frozen, you can store them in a large ziplock bag in the freezer.
