The thing I love most about quilts is all the color they add to your home. They also add that special touch of coziness and nostalgia that all homes scream for, and this quilt is no different.
The colors and design of this particular quilt that Angela makes has such a calming effect. It’s amazing how by simply using certain colors can change the way a person feels, isn’t it? This jewel-toned quilt actually does give the appearance of colorful crystals.

I’ve always had quilts in my home, since I come from a long line of quilters. I grew up surrounded by beautiful quilts and love the way they feel to sleep under. There’s nothing better than the way it feels to sleep with a quilt on your bed. This quilt is definitely my next project!
It’ll go so well in my daughter’s room, and I think I’ll tell her to pass it down to her daughter someday. With all of the quilts I’ve been surrounded by all my life, we never started a tradition out of it. I think it’s time that changes!
