Give your pan a good wash. Remove some of the gunk or leftover pieces from your previous baked pastries
Make a paste. In a container add 1 part of vinegar and then two parts of baking soda. Mix using a spoon until you have every thick consistency.
Scoop the mixture into the pan and spread. Make sure to put more of the mixture on the gunky areas. Set it aside for about 10 minutes to let the mixture sit on the pan.
After 10 minutes, scrub with your elbow grease. Make sure to clean the gunky areas, especially the corners. Scrub all your pan until the gunky parts are removed. Do the best that you can to scrub off the gunk. Once you are satisfied with the results, rinse the pan with water then let it dry. Now, it’s well-cleaned and ready again for baking or cooking.
