To make this chorizo and queso dip, all you need is shredded mozzarella, shredded pepper jack cheese, chorizo, garlic, Tostitos chips, parsley, and oil. The chorizo will take this recipe to another level. You can also use ground beef but you need to make sure it’s well seasoned. This is surely one of the best party appetizers that you can easily prepare at home.
Note: you can use ground beef as an alternative to chorizo. Just make sure to season it well.

Set your oven to broil.
Heat a pan, then add the chorizo. Let it cook for a few minutes before moving it around. Break it down and let it cook more.
Add the minced garlic and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes then transfer to a bowl.
Mix the pepper jack and mozzarella cheese.
Add a little bit of olive oil to your cast iron, and wipe it to all sides. Add the cheese and spread it evenly. Place inside the oven and broil until the cheese is melted.
Add the cooked chorizo in the middle and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve the dip with Tostitos scoop chips. Enjoy!
