I will be making this recipe every week until I get tired of it, which is unlikely to happen. If you plan to serve these treats at a party or gathering, you have to make several batches because the first one will be gone in just a few minutes. They are so fudgy, rich, and perfectly sweet.
Here’s another recipe for you to try: Microwave Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Start by preheating your oven to 325F, then line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Add butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl and cream using a hand mixer. Alternatively, you can use your stand mixer.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Add the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat until well combined.
Stir in the flour using a spoon or rubber spatula. Next, add the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Mix until well incorporated.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough and roll it into a ball using your hands. Place it on the prepared baking pan. Repeat the process with the remaining dough. It makes about 24 cookies. Place them in the freezer for 30 minutes before baking.
Place the cooled cookies in the preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes. Once done baking, let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
