Chinese takeaways are popular for a reason. They are packed with flavors, cheap, and filling. Whenever I am craving something salty and savory, I go to the nearest Chinese restaurant, and they never disappoint. One of my go-to orders is the Chinese take out pepper steak. It is simply the best. The beef is perfectly cooked, and coated with a thick and delicious soy-based sauce.

I wanted to recreate it at home, so I looked for recipes online and found Simply Mamá Cooks’ video. I immediately tried it, and it turned out delicious. It has the same flavor as my favorite pepper steak! I highly recommend this easy dinner recipe. You can serve it with white rice, fried rice, steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
