Chicken salad is one of my favorite dishes, and I usually make it the old-fashioned way, with eggs, celery, onions, mayonnaise, and pickles. When I found this awesome chicken salad with grapes video recipe tutorial by Simply Mama Cooks, on YouTube, I had to try this new idea. There are only a few ingredients in this recipe, and I added some chopped pecans to make it really rock. This chicken salad can be served on any bread, but the very best way to eat it is on a fresh croissant roll. One of my very favorite ways to eat chicken salad is to have a scoop on top of a big salad. Eating chicken salad on a big bed of lettuce or baby greens really makes staying on my salad diet a whole lot easier.
