For the cheese sauce:
In a large bowl, add the buttermilk, salt, red chili powder, dry coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red chili flakes, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
Add the boneless chicken pieces to the mixture. Mix until well-coated. Cover and marinate for an hour.
Prepare a bowl with flour and another one filled with water. After an hour, take the boneless chicken and let the excess batter drop. Transfer to the all-purpose flour and coat. Shake to remove excess. Drop into the water and coat again with flour. Place on a plate. Repeat with the remaining pieces.
Pour a generous amount of oil overheat. Once hot, gently drop the chicken pieces. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove using a slotted spoon to remove excess oil. Cut into smaller pieces.
Make the cheese sauce. Add the butter in a clean pan over low heat. Once melted, add the flour and mix. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes while continuously stirring. Stir in 1 cup of milk. Add salt, red chili powder, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cream. Whisk until smooth and the cheese has melted.
Add the cooked french fried to a plate, then top with sliced chicken. Drizzle cheese sauce on top and garlic sauce. Garnish with sliced bell pepper. Serve and enjoy!
