The main ingredients are chocolate, marshmallows, and nuts, it really doesn’t get easier than this.

Ingredients For Chef John’s Rocky Road Candy Recipe:

  • 1 & 1/2 cups of dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter (cubed)
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • 1 & 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 & 1/4 cups of slightly roasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa
