For the filling:
Start by cutting chicken breast in half then lay in one single layer on your chopping board. Cover with cling wrap, then tenderize the meat. Place in a plate.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Mix until well combined. Reserve some for later. Spread the sauce on the chicken.
Make the filling. In a bowl, add the grated cheese, chopped garlic cloves, and chopped dill. Mix until well combined.
Put some filling on one end of the chicken and roll. Place on a greased baking dish. Spread the remaining sauce on top of the chicken.
Place in a 374F preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes. After that, sprinkle the remaining cheese mixture on top and place back in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes more or until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
