Quesadilla is one of my absolute favorite food, and this easy recipe from The Cooking Foodie on Youtube is my go-to whenever I crave some. This recipe is simple yet flavorful, and what I like the most is it’s super easy to prepare. My family also loves this recipe, and I make this almost every day. Watch the video below to learn the recipe.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over low heat, then add the chopped onion. Saute for four to five minutes. Next, add the crushed garlic and continue to saute for one to two minutes. After this add the ground beef. Break the meat apart and cook for four to five minutes. Once browned, add 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, and 1 tsp oregano. Stir and cook for one to two minutes, then add 3 tbsp water (or beef stock). Cook for another two minutes, then set aside.

Next, lightly brush one side of the tortilla wraps with oil. Flip it, then add some shredded cheese, ground beef mixture, cilantro, and some more cheese on top. Fold the tortilla over and place it on the pan. Cook for about two minutes on each side until golden brown. After cooking, cut it into two or three pieces. Serve.
