Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • butter
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • fine herbs to taste
  • 1 big tomato
  • mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Step 1:

Cut the chicken breast into strips, then dice them. In a pan, gradually add butter and pan-fry the chicken until it gets golden. Once cooked, turn off your stove.

Step 2:

In a bowl, combine 4 eggs, salt, black pepper, flour, cream cheese, and fine herbs. Mix well using a fork until smooth.

Step 3:

Pour the egg mixture into the chicken and spread it using a fork. Next, slice the tomatoes and put them on top. Then add some mozzarella cheese. Cover the pan with the lid and put the heat to a minimum. Let it cook for 15 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
