It’s cheesy and creamy, and the taste will make you ask for seconds – I’m sure of that. This recipe could easily climb up to your weekly dinner dishes. Serve this to your family by watching the video below.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large boneless chicken breasts
  • chopped broccoli florets
  • olive oil
  • 2 cans (284ml) of cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Directions:

Step 1

Add 2 boneless chicken breasts into a pot with boiling water. Boil them until they are cooked through (about 18 to 20 minutes.) Once the chicken is done, let it cool down for a couple of minutes and cut it into bite-size pieces. (You could also shred this if you want.) Next, blanch the broccoli by placing them in a pot with boiling water for about three minutes. After 3 minutes, pull out the broccoli and set it aside.

Step 2

Get your casserole dish and grease it with some olive oil. Add the chopped chicken to the bottom of the casserole dish, spreading evenly. Next, put the broccoli over the chicken followed by the cream of chicken soup, spreading it nicely over. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper to taste. To finish it, put some shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Pop it into the oven of 350 degrees F and bake for about 25 minutes.
