This recipe is so easy and delicious, it makes a perfect snack, side dish, or pot luck gift. All you have to do to make this delicious copycat recipe is to make regular mac and cheese then freeze it for about 2 hours so you can form the mixture into neat little balls that can be deep-fried without falling apart.
