Ingredients:

Caramel sauce:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water

Other:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • biscuits

Directions:

Step 1

In a pan, add 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water. Cook it until caramelized. Once it is caramelized, add 1 tsp butter and mix until combined. Next, add 1/3 cup of milk and bring it to a simmer while mixing constantly. After this, let it cool down.

Step 2

In another pan, add 2 cups of milk, 1/3 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of cornflour. Mix well, then add two to three tbsp of the caramel sauce. Put it over the stove and let it come to a boil and thicken while stirring frequently. Once it thickens, distribute the mixture to your glass or cups evenly. Let them cool down completely, then pour the caramel sauce. Finally, add a biscuit on top, then serve and enjoy!
