Ingredients:

Sugared Pretzels:

  • 1 cup pretzels, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups diced apples, about 2 large apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip

Directions:

Step 1

To start, place the pretzels in a ziplock and crush them, you’ll need 1 cup. Once done, add the 1 cup crushed pretzels in a mixing bowl followed by 3/4 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Mix well, then spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place it in a 400 degrees F oven and bake for seven minutes. Once done, remove it from the oven, let it cool down, then break it into pieces.

Step 2

Next, prepare the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and beat it with an electric mixer until smooth. Next, add 1/2 cup caramel sauce and continue to beat until smooth, then fold in the Cool Whip. Lastly, stir in the diced apples and the sugared pretzels. Serve and enjoy!
