Ingredients:
- 8 oz uncooked orecchiette
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz diced mozzarella
- lots of freshly chopped basil and parsley
- a pinch of fresh (or dried) oregano

- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove of grated garlic
- salt, to taste
