The recipe couldn’t be easier it’s made with pre-cut steak chunks, you can use sirloin, New York strip, or even chunks of brisket. I like to use brisket because brisket is especially tasty in a recipe like this and it’s not just for BarBQ so don’t be fooled, brisket gives a really interesting result to any type of recipe, especially Cajun recipes. I started gathering my ingredients as soon as I could because the way this recipe looked in the Youtube video was so amazing I wanted to make right away to surprise my husband when he got home from work.

Ingredients For Cajun Steak Bites:

For Cajun Seasoning:

• 1 tablespoon mild paprika
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

For Steak:

• 23 ounces of cubed steak (Sirloin, Rump, New York Strip, Porterhouse, or Ribeye)
• 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil ( I like to use Ghee)
• 1/4 cup of butter
• 4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
