Ingredients:

  • cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp carrot, diced
  • 2 tbsp onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

Step 1

Cut the cabbage, set the other half aside, and cut the other into shreds. Wash the shredded cabbage thoroughly and set it aside while you prep the other ingredients. Next, beat two eggs and set them aside. Dice 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp onion, and finely chopped 1 tbsp coriander leaves. After this, season the shredded cabbage with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Once done, add the chopped carrot, onion, coriander leaves, green chili, and 1 tbsp corn flour. Mix everything well.

Step 2

Pour the beaten eggs into the cabbage mixture and continue to mix until the veggies are fully coated. Now, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, then transfer the mixture. Spread the mixture nicely and evenly, slightly pushing it to the bottom, then cover the pan and cook on low heat for seven to eight minutes. After eight minutes, flip it, and continue cooking for another five minutes. Serve with your favorite dip!
