Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 Butterfinger bars, crushed

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, sift 2 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt in a large mixing bowl and set aside. In another bowl, add 2/3 cup softened salted butter along with 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Whisk using an electric mixer until creamy and smooth (add two large eggs along the process). After this, add the sifted flour mixture at a time while whisking continuously.

Step 2

Next, crush the Butterfinger and incorporate them into the mixture. Once done, scoop the cookie dough into the baking sheet using a small scooper. Place the baking sheet in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake the cookies for 12 to 14 minutes or until the color is lightly brown. After baking, let them rest for five minutes before serving. Enjoy!
