Once you try this recipe, it will become a staple, especially on pasta nights. Your family will surely love it; trust me. Check out the video below to learn the step by step instructions.
To start, cook the pasta according to its package instructions. In the meantime, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Once heated through, add the bite-size pieces of chicken breasts, then season with 1 tbsp cajun spice mix and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Stir together until the chicken is properly coated with the spices (about five minutes). Next, stir in one crumbled chicken cube, diced onion, sliced red and yellow bell peppers, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 2 finely sliced green chilies.
Stir all together and cook for five minutes, until onions are softened slightly. After this, add a small bunch of chopped green onions along with 4 tbsp hot pepper sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp cider vinegar, 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp double cream, and 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. Stir together and bring everything to a simmer, then simmer for about four to five minutes. Once the chicken is fully cooked through, add the drained pasta to the pan and stir together. Garnish with slices of green chilies. Serve and enjoy!
