  • 5 tbsp ranch dressing
  • garlic powder
  • parsley flakes
  • ranch seasoning
  • all-purpose seasoning
  • vegetable oil

Directions:

Step 1

To start, chop the rotisserie chicken into smaller pieces along with the skin. Transfer the chopped rotisserie chicken to a large mixing bowl, then add 2 oz cream cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 5 tbsp ranch dressing, ranch seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, 1 1/4 cups Frank’s red hot sauce, parsley flakes, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Lay an egg roll sheet, put some filling, and dampen the edges with water. Take the two side corners to the inside, then fold in the bottom corner, and roll it. Repeat these steps until you finish the filling. Next, preheat some vegetable oil to 350 degrees F in your deep fryer, then deep fry the egg rolls for about four to five minutes, until they’re nice and golden brown. After frying, transfer the egg rolls to a cooling rack and let them cool down completely. Serve and enjoy!
