Easy Egg Butter Fry Recipe
- 4 eggs
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons of butter (divided)
- 8 to 10 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon of corn flour
- half a cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
- chopped coriander leaves
- mixed-spice seasoning

How to Make Butter Garlic Eggs
Step 1:
Crack 4 eggs in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Beat well with a fork.
Step 2:
Place a pan over medium low heat and melt 1 teaspoon of butter.
Step 3:
Once melted, pour the beaten eggs. Once it’s a little bit set, scrape toward the center to let the raw eggs cook as well. Keep doing it, then scramble it. Make sure not to overcook it. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4:
