Crack 4 eggs in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Beat well with a fork.
Place a pan over medium low heat and melt 1 teaspoon of butter.
Once melted, pour the beaten eggs. Once it’s a little bit set, scrape toward the center to let the raw eggs cook as well. Keep doing it, then scramble it. Make sure not to overcook it. Transfer to a plate.
Add 1 teaspoon of butter to the same pan then add the chopped garlic. Season with black pepper, then add 1/2 teaspoon of corn flour. Mix well and cook until garlic is browned.
Add a half cup of milk and mix well. Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes, coriander leaves, a pinch of mixed-spice seasoning, and salt to taste. Mix until well combined. The sauce should be thick by now.
Bring back the eggs and mix well until coated. Turn off the heat and serve. Enjoy!
