This recipe uses store-bought cinnamon rolls, cutting down the preparation time and the number of ingredients needed compared to making it from scratch. Aside from that, you will need eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and blueberries. If you count, that’s only six ingredients! Start by removing the cinnamon rolls from the packages, then cutting them into bite-size pieces. Set them aside for later.
In a mixing bowl, add four eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, one teaspoon of vanilla, and one tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Get an 8×8 baking dish and place cut-up cinnamon rolls. Spread them evenly. Add the blueberries on top, then pour the milk mixture.
Place it in a 375F oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until fully cooked. If the top is looking too brown, take a sheet of foil and cover it for the remaining baking time.
Garnish the blueberry cinnamon roll bake with the icing. Slice into squares and serve. Enjoy!
