This crispy fried shrimp recipe by Island Vibe Cooking on YouTube is a Popeyes copycat recipe but better. It has a crispy batter that is very simple to make. This is such a great tutorial because the instructions are thorough and there are some good tips to keep in mind for other recipes. For example, when she breads the shrimp, she adds it into a container and places the lid back on to shake. I don’t know why I’ve never thought about that idea, but this would work for chicken tenders as well. A lot of recipes dredges the protein with their hands, but this method keeps your fingers clean.
