Easy Spinach and Artichoke Dip Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz light sour cream
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups of shredded parmesan cheese
- 14 oz quartered artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
- 4 oz can diced jalapenos (drained)
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves (pressed)
How to Make Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Step 1:
Place a pot over medium heat and add 8 tablespoons of butter, 8 ounces of cream cheese, 16 ounces of sour cream, and 2 cups of parmesan cheese. Melt until creamy and smooth.
Step 2:
Drain the can of artichoke hearts and coarsely chop. Add them to the pot.
Step 3:
Squeeze the spinach to get rid of excess moisture, then toss it into the pot. Chop 4 ounces of drained jalapenos and add them to the pot. Mix until well combined.
Step 4:
Pressed two to three garlic cloves directly into the mixture. Mix until well incorporated. Turn off the heat and serve with your preferred chips. Enjoy!
